How to Make Pumpkin Ice CreamI am going to show you how to make this delicious sweet and refreshing pumpkin ice cream. Now that we’ve let our custard base cool in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours and up to 24. Fortunately I have another one sitting in the refrigerator waiting for me.

This recipe makes about a quart of pumpkin ice cream, so you want to make sure that your ice cream maker holds at least a quart.

  1. Hi, this is very unusual…pumpkin ice cream, whoda thunk it. I’m going to give it a try. Looking for a recipe for hot ice cream balls (don’t even say it) but really they are awesome, it’s a Chinese recipe. I made it once and lost the blasted recipe book.
