How to Make an Ice Cream Malt
Today I’m going to show you how to make an Ice Cream Sundae, an Ice Cream Malt, an Ice Cream Soda and a Chocolaty Cream. We’re going to make a black and white malt, which is great because I have a chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
So what you’re going to do is to get a scoop of each. Put it right into your mixer I have this mixer that comes with this specific canister for mixing, and I’m going to grab a little shot of milk and go about halfway with the milk.
Ok, we are going to give it a squirt of chocolate syrup. You don’t want to go too much, because we are using the malt. Malt is actually healthy it’s got lots of protein in it. I’m going to go with maybe one, or two heaping spoonfuls of our malt.
