The next day the ice cream was not too hard. However, after a couple of days in the freezer, the ice cream was as hard as rock. Is it because I did not stir the ice cream mixture enough to allow more air into the ice cream mixture?</description>

Like any food company, this work is either done in house by lab techs working each project or outsourced to sensory companies hiring people to sit in tasting panels. These people get about $20 for a two hour session and can only work every 3 months.

So unless you can live on $60 a year, look for a real job.</description>
